Diana Krivosheya was born in Odessa, Ukraine. She moved to San Francisco when she was seven and attended college in San Diego. She is a recent resident of Orange County, and she loves living in Southern California. She has been dancing since high school, where she was awarded the most improved dancer. You can say Diana remembers what it feels like to be a beginner.
After high school, Diana joined the UC San Diego Dancesport Team to make new friends and learn the art of competitive ballroom dancing. She loved the team so much that she remained a member for all four years, serving as an officer for two of those years. She never dreamed that joining that team would change her life. It sparked a passion for dance in her that inspired her to spend her future sharing that passion with others.
Diana has been dancing for eleven years and has been teaching for five years. She is trained in American Smooth Ballroom, International Latin, West Coast Swing and Salsa. Diana loves working with wedding couples and dancers who want to try to something new. She founded Dance by Diana, a friendly and private dance instruction for wedding couples and social dancers that offers Ballroom, Latin, Swing, and Salsa. Dance has brought Diana her best friends in life and it has greatly enriched Diana’s life. She hopes to share that joy with others.
